2014 Enso Yoga Alliance Registered 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training with co-founders Adam Marcus E-RYT and Gwen Soffer E-RYT

This is a practical, comprehensive teacher training that will give you a strong foundation of knowledge, skills, and confidence to become a thoughtful and creative vinyasa yoga teacher. Adam and Gwen bring experience, ability, compassion to the training, creating a safe and supportive space for you to begin your journey. This carefully designed, unique program meets all Yoga Alliance 200-hour teacher training standards and is perfect for those who want to become teachers or simply deepen their practice and understanding of yoga. Holy Hips With Erica Taxin Bleznak

Friday, Sept.19th, 6-7:30pm

We will explore all the various ways to strengthen and open this complex part of our body. By engaging the hips to create stability, we create a firm foundation for the rest of our body and in creating space in the hips we ultimately surrender long held patterns of tension. This class will include exploring step by step arm balances that encourage opening and strengthening of the hips as well.
Included in memberships/regular class rates apply.

ALS Benefit Class with Brenda

Friday, Oct. 24th, 6-7:30pm

Please join Brenda for a vinyasa flow yoga class to benefit research to cure ALS. With a fun playlist as our backdrop, this class will focus on the mind-body-spirit connection and aligning breath with movement. It's appropriate for all levels, from beginner to experienced practitioner.
